Assignment Notification

Forestree is slowly rolling out assignment notification features across clients.

To enable this feature:

  1. Contact Forestree Support
  2. User to enable Assignment Notification on the account page (See below)

Assignment notifications are account level opt-in, means when activated, user will receive assignment notifications from all clients that have enabled this feature.


Assignments are pooled every 15 minutes to reduce the number of emails received by the user.


User enable assignment notification

  • Go to user account setting

  • Toggle Assignment Notifications  to On (shown below)

Note: Changes are saved automatically and It's not necessary to press the save  button
